Requirements:
- At least 4 years of professional experience with all front and back end processes in Seller Account Management in Amazon is REQUIRED.
- Have full understanding with Product/Keyword Research tools.
- A solid understanding of processes and compliance requirements with Amazon.com and Etsy.com seller account side.
- Knowledge with personalized/customized products is a must.
- At least 3 years of experience in operations management is required.
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field is preferred.

- Should have a strong combination of leadership, analytical, communication, and technical skills to effectively manage operations and contribute to the success of the organization.
Duties:
- Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures to ensure organizational efficiency.
- Able to do training for the employees when needed.
- Managing and supervising staff to ensure that they are properly trained and that work is completed on time and within budget.
- Developing and managing budgets for various departments and projects (ex. PPC,Sales,Advertisements).
- Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

E-Commerce Graphic Designer
Requirements:
- Experience in e-commerce design: Experience designing for e-commerce platforms. Should understand the unique requirements of e-commerce design, such as designing for mobile responsiveness, optimizing for conversions, and creating compelling product images.
- Proficiency in using design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Expert level with realistic photo manipulation, photo editing, and POD mock-ups. Knowledge with PERSONALIZATION/CUSTOMIZATION of products is a big plus.
- Staying up-to-date with design trends: Knowledge of AI technology software and other trends for reference is a plus
- Strong visual communication skills: Should have a strong understanding of visual communication and be able to create designs that effectively communicate the brand message and product offerings.
- Attention to detail: High level of attention to detail, particularly regarding product images and descriptions. Meticulous and detail-oriented.
- Knowledge of UX/UI design: Solid understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles. This will help them create designs that are not only visually appealing but also easy to navigate and use for the customers.
- Portfolio and references for E-commerce Related designs are require.
- Can communicate in English.
- Can work with minimum supervision and meet deadlines.

Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills and EXPERT LEVEL working with data analysis tools, such as Excel, Google Analytics, Helium10, JungleScout, and other similar tools for research.

- Relevant experience in marketing, e-commerce, or data analysis is preferred with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience.
- Solid understanding with FBM and Customized products.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, economics, or a related field is highly preferred.
- A strong understanding of Amazon's e-commerce platform, including its algorithms, terminologies, search rankings, and product categories, is essential.
